The principle of the bubble washing machine mainly involves filling the front part of the tank with an appropriate amount of water. As the raw materials pass through the tank, they tumble under the combined action of the bubble machine and water, continuously advancing with the mesh belt. At the water exit point, a high-pressure spray head is installed for rinsing. The bubble washing machine is designed for materials with high appearance requirements and is suitable for cleaning and soaking granular, leafy, and root vegetable products such as vegetables, fruits, and aquatic products.

Working Principle:

First, the vegetables to be cleaned are all placed into the water tank. Under the action of high-pressure water flow and strong bubbles, they are fully dispersed, tumbled, cleaned, and conveyed. The泥沙 on the surface of the vegetables will fall off, *carried by the cleaning machine to settle into the bottom isolation chamber, preventing re-contamination from stirring up and flowing back. Thus, debris and small insects washed off from the vegetables will float on the water surface and then be collected by the mesh holes.
